Location & Parking: Conveniently located in the heart of Rosedale, MD. You can find us next to Planet Fitness and Kabuto Japanese Steakhouse. There is ample free parking located in front of Phenix Salon Suites.

Appointment Reminders: You’ll receive a text to confirm your appointment 48 hours beforehand and a reminder 24 hours prior.

Booking Confirmation: You’ll receive a text 48 hours before your appointment to confirm and a reminder 24 hours before.

Payment Options: We accept exact cash and all major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

What to Bring: Just yourself, and maybe a favorite book or podcast—everything else is on us
Cancellations and No-Shows:

Life happens, and we understand. If you need to cancel, please provide a reason, and we’ll work with you if the situation is beyond your control.

Late Cancellations (less than 24 hours): Your 50% deposit will be retained, or you’ll need to pay 25% of the service cost before booking again.

No-Shows: To reschedule after a missed appointment, 75% of the missed service fee must be paid.

Hi, I’m Demaris Elijé, also known as The Pretty Practioner, the founder and lead practitioner at P31 Beauty Haven. As a licensed senior cosmetologist, certified hair practitioner, and trichology student, I specialize in holistic hair and scalp care. My passion is helping women achieve healthy, thriving hair by addressing concerns from the root—inside and out.
With a commitment to using clean, effective treatments and a personalized approach, I’m here to guide you on your journey to confidence and wellness. I look forward to working with you to achieve your beauty and hair health goals!
